These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of By Glover’s services, including our Embedded Financial Advisory™ offerings. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
By Glover provides strategic financial advisory services to select businesses and partners. While others may describe their work as “Fractional CFO” services, our Embedded Financial Advisory™ is designed for long-term value creation, operational clarity, and investor-grade decision-making.
2. Eligibility
You must be a business or authorized representative of a business to engage with our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide services or by law. You agree to treat any proprietary information shared by By Glover with the same confidentiality.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While By Glover provides financial analysis and advisory services, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment returns, or business performance results. Decisions made based on our advice remain the responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All reports, frameworks, methodologies, and content provided by By Glover remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables only for internal business purposes.
6. Payment & Billing
Fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements are outlined in individual service agreements with clients. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Glover is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms set out in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations will continue.
9. Governing Law
